3. Easy Start To An Easy Process
Once we show you the benefits of your new home loan, we will gather the necessary documentation to start the loan, lock your interest rate, and have one of our experienced loan consultants work with underwriting to get your loan package underwritten. We will also get your appraisal ordered, but not without checking if your home could qualify for an appraisal waiver first!.
4. Loan Submission And Underwriting
Once the underwriter has all necessary loan documents they will look through your profile and make a decision on the approval of your home loan, as well as let us know the remaining items needed before they will sign off on the new loan.
5. Conditional Approval - Re-Submitted for Final Approval
Once we have collected the documents requested from underwriting, we will review each item and submit them for the final review and approval. Once approved, we will issue you a closing disclosure to review the final numbers on your loan, and of course answer any remaining questions.
6. Closing And Funding
After we receive your signed closing disclosure we will set up a time and place for a licensed notary to come bring you the final loan documents, This can be set up in the convenience of your own home! After signing, we will handle the funding and completion of the loan and communicate any necessary details to make sure you are completely informed.
